Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy can help release chronic muscular tension and pain, improve circulation, increase joint flexibility, reduce mental and physical fatigue and stress, promote faster healing of injured muscular tissue, improve posture, and reduce blood pressure. Massage Therapy is also known to promote better sleep, reduce anxiety and create an overall sense of well-being.

After finishing Human Biology courses at George Brown, I went on and graduated from Elmcrest College of Applied Health Sciences for Massage Therapy in 2005. I have worked alongside Physio Therapists, Chiropractors and other experienced Massage Therapists which helped me increase my knowledge base greatly. In 2010 I moved back to Collingwood(my hometown) to open my own practice. I have a great awareness of the body and how it all works. I specialize in deep tissue, trigger point and therapeutic massage. But whatever the goals are, I always accommodate to ensure a great treatment. I enjoy working with a wide variety of clients including sport injuries, people recovering from surgery and more. I thoroughly enjoy helping people and see the improvements that their body goes through over time due to massage therapy.
